The partners of B & D started by purchasing consumer charged-off loans and later specified their business by focusing on bankruptcy and deceased debt. A revolutionary proprietary process which entails identifying, evaluating, and collecting these debts has been created and sets this company apart from any other in the industry. Koop has contributed to all aspects of this business with his expertise in: business start-up, capital funding, employee management, logistics, and coroporate structure.

Developed business plan and patented protective concept to help raise 4.5 million dollars to start Farrell Sports Concepts. Koop help launch this revolutionary protective gear line. Products were sold in stores and to premier professional athletes and products were touted as the most revolutionary, protective equipment in the market.

S & K Valet is a Worcester, MA based valet services company, established in 2005. Our parking portfolio includes venues such as Hotels, Convention Centers, Banquet Halls, Stand Alone Garages, Surface Lots, Valet Parking Sites, Schools, Concierge Services, and Major Entertainment and Sporting Events. Koop co-owned this company until 2010 when he bought out his partner and now is the sole owner and operator
